The contributions of ¡°COLLECTION AND DESIGN¡±are solicited

1.  Designer, Collection and Workmanship is the distinctive angle of this book, which is planned and launched by Suzhou Guwuxuan Publisher, It embodies how the present-day famous designers and youthful designers home and abroad put their collection into the modern design. It can also expand the planimetric designers¡¯ eyeshot and make the populance give more
concerns to the modern design.

2.  The collection includes ancient artefacts and folk handicrafts, just like ancient furniture, china, jade, knickknack and so on.

3.  the designing plums created with the collections or had been made and published are all OK, and we wish to see some new designing. Please give us a digital data disc (MYK Format, A4, 350dpi/inch), which contains the photograph of the collection, a brevity (about 500 words) with the introduction of its source and background and the viewpoint of its designing. Please offer us the name of the workmanship, the author, the partner, the clientele, designing agency, the designer¡¯s resume (200 words) and a one-cun photograph.It is free to participate in and if chosen, the designer will be given two sample books. Every participant can send in 4-10 workmanships and all the manuscripts will be not given back.

4.  The Guwuxuan Publisher entrusts Mr. Mo Junhua (The Vice Setretery-general of Suzhou Planimetric Designer Association) to organize and edit the manuscripts.

5.  Books designing: 24¡Á24 cm, light-weighting paper, print four-colourly.

6.  the closing day: Nov 15th, 2004 (take the receiving day as the standard).
