[REDEFINE PACKAGE] International Online Design Contest
When both theory and practice in today¡¯s package design are far from satisfying present market and consumer, the first and foremost task of designer should be a research on the form of package design.
Now we launch the program [Redefine Package] to explore a new definition of today¡¯s product package design. Our purpose is to redefine the form of package design so that it will play a more important role in the marketing context of a product.

1/Purpose: This is a highly interesting and meaningful exploration which may inspire us to create new package design andshape our design so that it can not only appropriately meet the requirement of marketing but also perfectly communicate the design concept.
2/Pursuit: Find the best package design in the world and surpass it. 3/Form: Submitted entry should be a complete package design including logo, brand, inner structure, outer structure, and related graphic design. 4/Requirement: We don¡¯t accept any old/traditional pack design concept. 5/Eligibility: All interested designers around the world, including multidisciplinary teams and university students, are welcome.
6/Award: Each participant will receive a certificate granted by organizer. All enthusiastic designers, participating in the contest as the honored guests for this activity, are awarded the honorary certificates by this activity organizing committee. All works of excellence will be published and bound into book. 1 Global Grand Prix, 2 Global Gold Prize, 3 Global Silver Prize as well as 10 Global Copper rewards will be judged on line by the top international design masters.
7/Rights and Obligations: All designers participating in the contest have the authorities of their works. The organizer have the rights to exhibit, publishand propagate the works on relational medias with the name of designers.
8/Fee: There is no charge to submit your work for this contest; all award-winning works do not bestow the prize in cash. 9/Time: May 10, 2005 - May 27, 2005. 17 days total. Deadline (E-mail received): up to 24:00 May 27, 2005. 10/Entry Delivery: Submit entry via Email: aaa@globecontest.com
