1、 邀请赛初赛作品交稿日期由原来的2003年5月15日延长到2003年6月20日。届时我们将采取通讯评议程序，将每一位参赛者的设计方案送达国内外的国际评委处；
2、 请国内院校参赛者尽快补充提供必要、简洁的中英文设计说明，统一为jpg.格式。

China 2003 The 1st International “Beijing Cross-country Vehicle Cup ” Concept Design Invitation State

All the invited internal and external colleges, and competitors:

Because of the SARS, the international and the domestic reviewers who are responsible for the invitation’s marking couldn’t come to Beijing as scheduled. After a seriously discussion by the committees, a state is released as follows:
1.The primary invitation time, 15th May 2003 as original, will be postponed to 30th Jun 2003. At that time, we’ll take communicating assess program, putting every competitor’s design to the international reviewers.
2.Please all the competitors provide necessary and concise design direction both in English and Chinese, moreover save as .jpg to the commission as soon as possible.
