招聘职位：高级工业设计师(Senior ID Engineer) 、高级GUI设计师(Senior GUI Engineer)
职位描述：
高级工业设计师(Senior ID Engineer) (3人)
根据需求提供从概念创新，2D/3D表现，模型制作到工艺跟踪等系列手机ID设计工作。
要求：
1.本科以上, 工业设计、艺术设计相关科系毕业；
2.三年以上手机终端类产品设计经验, 设计领域有获奖作品优先；
3.视野开阔，具备良好的团队协作精神与责任感，有自己独特的见解与主张，具人格魅力；
4.设计表现能力强，良好的草绘表现能力，熟练使用Photoshop, CorelDraw, Pro/Engineer等设计软件，了解最新手机生产工艺以及相关材质应用。
5.思想敏锐活跃，具有丰富的创新经验和独到的艺术修养,对设计与创意有着持久不灭的热情。
6.具有手机开发类公司或知名设计公司工作经验

Manage the product ID implementation process; Concept design in the demand of market, provide appearance design, 2d effect draft, 3d model construct, color schemes and draft. Authenticate samples supplied by vendors.
-Bachelor's degree or above in industrial design;
- 3+ years of professional experience in handset ID;
- A great general knowledge of design trends and the curiosity to challenge them ;
- An energetic and charismatic personality that infects others with passion for design;
--Excellent visualization skills. Can make impression draft by using 2d software. Can build 3d model by using pro/e;
- Proactive, high responsibility, good communication and implement skills.

高级GUI设计师(Senior GUI Engineer) （2人）
为手机等终端产品提供GUI 概念设计，图片资源，细节设计表现，配合UI 团队完成可用性强的界面设计。
要求：
1.本科以上, 艺术设计、工业设计相关科系毕业；
2. 三年以上手机等相关产品GUI设计经验;
3.熟悉了解交互设计、可用性、用户研究等UI知识；
4.良好的视觉表现能力, 熟练使用Photoshop, flash, 3D MAX, 等2D/3D设计软件；
5.富有创新激情，具备良好的艺术审美能力，团队合作精神良好。
6.具有手机开发类公司或知名设计公司工作经验

The candidate will be responsible for the development of the GUI design of the MP product; Help to manage the GUI implementation process; Provide the UI conceptual design, detail GUI spec, graphic resource, animation etc.
- Bachelor's degree or above in graphic design;
- 3+ years of professional experience in MP GUI design;
- Broad eyesight, original design experience and thinking;
- A great general knowledge of design trends and the curiosity to challenge them;
- User centered design, usability, interactive design experience and thinking;
- Excellent visualization skills by using PS，Flash，3Dmax software;
