For Senior Industrial Designer
Job description：
You’ll work on the development of products in an exciting and fast-paced Asian environment.
The senior designer may lead teams of 2-4 junior designers from early briefing over research and sketching up to mass-manufacturing guidance.
Lead designers will take more responsibility on the product design with research in consumer and cultural trends, in application to product finishing effects, with color and texture, according to style and fit.
Collaborate with the cross-functional teams and actively participate in product development from concept to implementation.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Design-related disciples or above.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar industry.
Demonstrate a portfolio of product concepts developed and analytical thinking ability.
Ideal candidates will be self-managed, well organized team workers and highly motivated and have proficiency in 2D and 3D design related computer programs; Pro/E and Catia skills are plus.
In addition, a sound foundation in design management, a good knowledge of manufacturing processes
Excellent communication skills as well as an open-mindedness in terms of embracing a new culture both at work and off are an absolute necessity.

Requirement:

Excellent user interface design skills
Able to clarify the operation flow chart and design friendly menu tree system.
Experience in software or website design
Preferred having study abroad background.
High proficiency graphic applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya/3D max, or similar applications. Proficiency in Macromedia Flash or Director a big plus.

Requirement:
